The Conference on Evolutionary Multi-Criterion Optimization (EMO 2021) will present the the latest high-quality results in evolutionary multi-criterion optimization. Topics include EMO for handling of continuous, combinatorial and/or mixed-integer problems, constraint handling approaches, uncertainty and noise handling approaches, robust optimization, many-objective optimization, multiobjective metahuristics, multiobjective estimation of distribution algorithms, theoretical foundations, complexity analysis, stopping criteria, preference handling techniques, performance evaluation and metrics, multiobjectivization, and more. The full list of tracks is available at: CALL FOR PAPERS.

Accepted papers appear in the proceedings in LNCS. The previous EMO proceedings on SpringerLink can be accessed. The book metrics available on SpringerLink give details on the number of citations, downloads, and readers at paper level and at book level.

Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer’s proceedings LaTeX templates are available in Overleaf. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

Before submitting a paper, the author(s) should pay attention to:

  • Paper submission deadline: 27 September 10 October, 2020 (23:59 UTC+8).

  • Submission of papers in Springer LNCS format.

  • Papers should not exceed the page limit of 12 pages.
